Here is the first version of the dual flicker plug-in. It is called dual not only because it provides both constant and random flicker effects but because it can help to create camera flash and lightning effects as well as flash transitions and light strobe effects with the aid of the range tool within FCP. After downloading the plug-in drag it to
Macintosh HD / Library / Application Support
/Final Cut Pro System Support / Plugins folder. Finally restart Final Cut Pro and the plug-in should show up in the effects menu.
